Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufactory?

Q4: Could I use my own logo or design on goods?
A: Yes,Customized logo and design on mass production are available.
And you can choose the colors or materials. MOQ is up to your Logo.
Q5: Why do you charge samples fee for customized designs?
A: We need to order the material for your customized designs, and pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Most importantly sample fee is refundable once order confirmed.
Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.
Q6: How much is the samples fee?
A: The account is up to your samples, usually it is USD 50-100 per style, but if there are many embroideries or printing, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
Q7: How about the sample freight?
A: If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect, If not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee if have.
Q8: Do I need to pay any charge when receive the parcel?
A: Sometimes you need to pay custom duty, it depends on your country policy.
